专利说明:
The present invention relates to a modular storage system for storing various items. In particular, the invention relates to a storage system for use in combination with a bag, especially a handbag. In conventional bags usually several different objects are placed in the interior of the bag. In particular, for soft-walled bags, e.g. in the case of many ladies' handbags, they are close together and can be used, for example. by movements while carrying the bag confused and disordered. If a certain item is to be removed from the bag, it must first be felt in the bag or identified by searching and rooting in the bag. The remaining items can get even more messy. Sensitive objects can also be damaged by cluttering and clashing. For a better order within a bag, it is known that the inner lining of a bag e.g. divide into individual compartments by stitching or sew additional compartments to them. The items can be distributed to the individual subjects, but are still disordered and difficult to access. Different storage systems are known from the prior art, which should facilitate the storage of items in a bag, especially small items. They are e.g. individual compartments provided for the items that can be removed from the bag. In a bag system according to US 2011/0274 376 A1, e.g. single transparent bags of different sizes provided, which can be inserted into a bag. The openings of the bags can be closed by a drawstring so that the backrests are completely enclosed therein. The bags can be removed individually from the bag, so that their contents are visible from the outside and thus finding easier. From US 7 828 457 B2, a comparable modular organizer system for bags is known, in which the individual bags can be arranged relative to one another and fastened to one another. The bags can then be placed in a bag as a whole so that they do not fall apart in the pocket interior. When carrying the bag, the items in the bags fall down and the interior of the bag is pulled together by the weight of the items. The individual objects are pressed together within the bags. To remove an item, the bag must be removed from the bag or it must be searched within the bag in the bags thereafter. WO 2006/110 563 A2 shows a pocket insert for insertion in a pocket, which has a basket with rigid walls, in which individual compartments are provided. The individual compartments are reached by side walls, which are inserted into the basket, or there are single dice-like container inserted into the basket. The containers have a rigid wall and a bottom and are open at the top. The side walls or containers divide the basket into individual cubic compartments. The basket with the individual compartments can be inserted through a centrally located handle in a pocket. Due to the rigid walls, the volume of the compartments is maintained and the items inside the compartments are not pressed against each other. The shape and distribution of the compartments is determined by the container and can not be tailored to individual objects. Furthermore, the pocket insert can not be adapted to the shape of different pockets. It is an object of the present invention to provide a modular storage system for various items, which facilitates the finding and removal of items that can be adapted to different needs, has an appealing design and safe storage of the objects allowed. Further, it is an object of the invention to provide a handbag in which individual items can be arranged and stored safely. This object is solved by the invention by a storage system and a handbag according to claims 1 and 14. Advantageous embodiments and further embodiments are described in the dependent claims. A storage system for storing various items, especially small everyday items, has a modular structure. The system comprises a rigid frame with a peripheral edge and a bottom and several fan elements. The fan elements are removable in the frame used. According to the invention, the fan elements have an at least partially elastically deformable peripheral wall and are movable in the frame. The peripheral wall of the fan elements is laterally yielding such that at a deformation by a lateral force, a clamping force. The clamping force acts so spring-back that the fan elements spring back to their original state when the deformation force is eliminated. The fan elements are movable relative to the edge and the floor in the frame. In the frame, a different number of fan elements can be used as needed. Furthermore, fan elements of different shape, size and length can be used, so that the storage system can be individually adapted to the needs of a user, or to the items to be stored. In addition, the shape of a fan element can adapt to an object, if necessary. The fan elements thus form individual fan modules that can be used in a common frame. The elasticity of the peripheral wall of the fan elements prevents a collapse of the interior of the fan elements, so that an object can be stored therein safely and without influences from the outside. The rigid frame prevents the fan elements from being further deformed laterally after being inserted into the frame. If the storage system is used in a handbag, thus, the fan elements are not deformed while carrying the bag and the objects therein are protected from an external force. When opening the bag, the interior of the individual fan elements is already clamped by the clamping force of the peripheral wall, so that the content of the fan elements is readily apparent. In an advantageous embodiment, the fan elements are open at both ends of the peripheral wall. So you have no bottom or lid. Thus, the fan elements are laterally elastically deformable over their entire length. The peripheral wall is preferably stiff in the direction of its longitudinal axis. With a force from above or below on a fan element thus no deformation of the element takes place, but the interior space in the interior of the peripheral wall remains unchanged. Objects inside the fan elements are thus protected from a force from above. The stiffness in this direction results from the bending of the peripheral wall. In a variant of a fan element, the peripheral wall without external force on a round or oval cross-section. The fan elements are thus formed like a sleeve. You can e.g. made of strips of material that are bent and joined together at their ends. Alternatively, the fan elements can be made sleeve-like and cut to a desired length. A round fan element has a maximum internal volume. When lateral compression of a fan element can thus be a large deflection from the initial state, resulting in a large clamping force. In another variant of an elongated fan element, the peripheral wall of a fan element may have two opposite elongated sides which extend at least approximately parallel to each other. Such a fan element thus has an elongated internal volume, which is suitably suitable for elongated or flat objects. An embodiment of a fan element has a uniform elasticity over the entire peripheral wall. This is e.g. achieved by using a uniform material of constant thickness along the entire peripheral wall. Alternatively, in another embodiment of a fan element, the peripheral wall may have areas of different elasticity and / or even rigid areas. These areas deform less or not at lateral force, so that a deformation is possible only in the areas with greater elasticity. Thus, the fan element in the circumferential direction region of different elasticity, wherein the elasticity in the longitudinal direction of the fan elements is preferably uniform. Advantageously, such less elastic or rigid areas are e.g. in an elongated fan element. The elongated areas of the peripheral wall are then less deformable and provide protection against lateral force on an object within the fan element and serve as a support wall for adjacent fan elements. As described above, in the storage system according to the invention, a plurality of fan elements are elastically deformed inserted into the interior of the frame and supported on the edge of the frame. For this purpose, the fan elements are manually deformed and placed at the desired location in the frame. The fan elements can be pushed against their clamping force in the frame to use another fan element. The multiple fan elements are thus frictionally held in the frame and together. It is also possible to introduce one or more fan elements into an already inserted fan element. The bottom of the fan elements is formed in the storage system through the bottom of the frame as soon as the fan elements are inserted into the frame. As mentioned above, the fan elements do not have their own bottom to maintain the elasticity of the peripheral wall. It can be used different variants of fan elements and the formation of the fan elements relative to each other is arbitrary. It can e.g. an elongated fan element can be used for magazines and laptops. For example, high fan elements may be used for pens and flat for a keychain. The fan elements may have a smooth inner surface and optionally a less smooth outer surface. A smooth inner surface facilitates the sliding of objects along the inner surface when inserting or removing objects from a fan element. A less smooth outer surface increases the friction between adjacent fan elements so that they do not accidentally slip out when pulling out an object. For this purpose, the outer surface may e.g. also be designed rubbery. In principle, a plurality of juxtaposed fan elements can be releasably connected to each other by an attachment. This can e.g. done by a Velcro connection. In addition, such a fastening can also be provided between the fan elements and the edge of the frame. Such attachment of the fan members to each other or to the frame serves to fix the individual compartments of the storage system after they have been arranged in a desired arrangement. In principle, however, such a fastening is not required, since the fan elements are pressed against each other and against the edge of the frame due to their elasticity and thus held in position. In a preferred embodiment of the storage system according to the invention, the frame has a bottom with a light color. The light color of the floor provides a good contrast to objects that are placed in the fan elements, making it easier to locate the objects. The frame is preferably made of felt material. In this case, the thickness of the edge or the bottom is adjusted so that the frame provides a stable support for the fan elements and can be used in a handbag. In essence, the frame is rigid, but marginal flexibility of the edge facilitates the insertion of fan elements and the insertion of the storage system into a pocket. For the construction of the frame, the felt material may also consist of several felt layers. The frame may have a round, oblong or other shape. In essence, the frame is tailored to the shape of a handbag into which the storage system is to be inserted. Mostly an elongated shape is selected, which has two parallel wall portions. The wall areas each have an upwardly directed handle. The storage system can be grasped on both handles with one hand, so that the fan elements can be carried in the manner of a basket in the frame. The storage system with the fan elements and possibly the objects already located therein can then be inserted into a handbag. If a user wants to change the purse, the storage system can be removed with all the items contained therein and used in another purse. Thus, the items do not have to be individually rearranged and in each handbag is the same classification system. In addition, the distribution of the modular fan elements can be adapted to changing needs at any time, e.g. Fächerelemente replaced, supplemented or removed. If a user wants to remove an item from a purse with a storage system according to the invention, he only needs to open the bag, so that the items in the individual subjects elements well arranged in front of him spread. The items can thus be found easier and removed from the bag. In principle, however, a storage system according to the invention is not limited to use in a handbag. The storage system may e.g. also be used advantageously in drawers. Also, the storage system without a bag can be used as a means of transporting objects. The invention has been illustrated with reference to several embodiments. The individual technical features of an embodiment may well be used in combination with another embodiment with the stated advantages. The description of the technical features according to the invention is therefore not limited to the respective embodiment. Advantageous embodiments of the invention are illustrated below with reference to the drawings, which are merely illustrative and not restrictive interpreted. Features of the invention which will become apparent from the drawings are to be considered individually and in any combination as belonging to the disclosure of the invention. In the drawings show:<Tb> FIG. 1a <SEP> a first embodiment of a storage system according to the present invention,<Tb> FIG. 1b shows a second embodiment of a storage system according to the present invention,<Tb> FIG. 2a <SEP> is a plan view of the storage system according to the first embodiment;<Tb> FIG. 2b is a plan view of the storage system according to the second embodiment,<Tb> FIG. 2c <SEP> is a plan view of a storage system according to a third embodiment,<Tb> FIG. 3a <SEP> is a three-dimensional representation of a fan element according to a first embodiment,<Tb> FIG. 3b <SEP> is a three-dimensional representation of a fan element according to a second embodiment,<Tb> FIG. 3c <SEP> a three-dimensional representation of a fan element according to a third embodiment,<Tb> FIG. 3d <SEP> a three-dimensional representation of a fan element according to a fourth embodiment and<Tb> FIG. Fig. 4 <SEP> is a three-dimensional representation of a handbag with a storage system according to the present invention. The storage system according to the present invention is modular. Fig. 1a and 1b show two variants of such a modular composite system. The system comprises a frame 1 selected from different frames of different shapes. The frame is typically selected to fill a bottom portion of a bag. The frame can also be chosen smaller. The two variants shown have the same frame. An elongated frame with round ends, such as e.g. is particularly suitable for an elongated handbag selected. The frame 1 has an edge 3 with two parallel side walls, which merge at the ends in a roundish side wall. The frame has at the bottom of a bottom 4 (see Fig. 2a to 2c). In the upper part of the parallel side walls, handles 5 protrude upwards. The handles 5 are preferably formed from the material of the edge. In the frame several modules in the form of elastically deformable fan elements 2 are used. In Fig. 1a, a storage system is shown with seven inserted fan elements. The fan elements are given by five large round fan elements 2a and two small round fan elements 2b. The round fan elements are inserted into the frame and pushed against their elastic clamping force, so that they assume an approximately oval shape and make room for another fan element in the frame. The fan members 2a and 2b, which are supported on the inner side of the roundish side walls and each other, have a rounded portion and a straight portion in the compressed state. The large fan elements 2a lie one above the other along the longitudinal axis of the frame 1. The two small fan elements 2b are arranged side by side. In the variant in Fig. 1b in the frame 1 seven round fan elements 2a and an elongated fan element 2c are used. The round fan elements 2a lie one above the other along the longitudinal axis of the frame 1. Parallel thereto, the elongate fan element 2 c is arranged, which extends over a plurality of fan elements 2 a and along the elongated side wall of the rim 3. The round fan elements 2a are supported on one another and on one side on the edge 3 of the frame 1 and on the other side on the elongated fan element 2c. In the variants shown, the length of the fan elements 2 corresponds to the height of the edge 3, so that the fan elements do not protrude above the edge 3. The fan elements are therefore protected against lateral crushing by a pocket wall when the storage system is inserted into a handbag. Alternatively, however, the fan elements could also protrude above the edge 3 upwards. The variants according to FIGS. 1a and 1b are merely examples of the placement of a storage system according to the invention. Of course, more or fewer fan elements or other fan elements can be used in the frame. However, it is important to ensure that not too many fan elements are used, otherwise the fan elements must be strongly deformed to make room for all elements and too much clamping force can arise. In FIGS. 2a and 2b, the variants of FIGS. 1a and 1b are shown from above. FIG. 2 c shows a further variant of a storage system in which six round compartment elements 2 a are inserted into the frame 1. From the view from the top of the bottom 4 of the frame 1 within the fan elements 2 can be seen. The fan elements protrude substantially perpendicularly from the bottom 4. They are uniformly deformed along their length, so that over the length results in a constant cross-section. Once the fan elements are inserted into the frame 1, the bottom 4 of the frame 1 also forms a bottom for the fan elements. The bottom 4 has a light color, e.g. white, light blue, pink or the like. As a result, objects lying on the floor can be better recognized. Different types of fan elements 2 are shown in FIGS. 3a to 3d. FIG. 3 a shows a standard fan element 2 a, which has a circular shaped peripheral wall 6 without an external force. The diameter of the peripheral wall 6 can be of various sizes and is selected according to the size of an article to be stored in the fan element. The fan element 2a is constructed like a sleeve. The material may e.g. be an elastic plastic. The thickness of the peripheral wall 6 is the same in this fan element 2a around the circumference. The fan member 2a can be uniformly deformed from all sides by applying force to the peripheral wall. When a force acting in the longitudinal direction of the fan element on an upper or lower edge of the fan element 2a, however, the material is stiff and there is no deformation. In Fig. 3b, an elongate fan element 2c is shown that has an oval peripheral wall 6. The peripheral wall 6 is composed of two opposite round areas 6 and two parallel straight areas 6. In the fan element 2c according to FIG. 3b, the circumferential wall 6 has the same thickness in all areas. The straight areas 6 can therefore be pressed inwards from the outside when force is applied. In Fig. 3c, another type of elongated fan element 2c is shown, as it is used in the variant of Fig. 1b. The fan element 2c also has an oval peripheral wall 6, which is composed of two opposite round areas 6 and two parallel straight areas 6. In the fan element 2c according to FIG. 3c, the elongate regions 6 are reinforced relative to the round regions 6 and have a greater thickness. In the reinforced elongate regions 6, the peripheral wall 6 is less elastic than in the round regions 6. The straight areas 6 therefore withstand a force from the outside longer and are only slightly pressed. The straight portions 6 may also be formed as rigid portions 6 which do not bend. Deformation then takes place only in the round regions 6. The reinforcement can also be achieved by adding a thickening layer to the peripheral wall 6. Fig. 3d shows a fan element 2d having a peripheral wall with two opposite round regions 6 with a small radius, a region 6 with a large radius and an elongated straight portion 6. Such a fan element 2d is e.g. especially suitable for the round ends of the frame 1. It is clear to a person skilled in the art that various other forms of fan elements 2 can be provided. Also, the length of the fan elements may be different. The fan elements 2 stretch by the elastic restoring force in the interior of the peripheral wall on a volume in which an object can be used. The article can even deform the fan element. However, a deflection of the peripheral wall by an object should not be too large, so that the fan element does not hang when removing the object. The fan element 2 can be made of plastic film. The film can be cut into strips that are bent into a ring. The edges of the strip can be glued to form a peripheral wall. The fan elements may also be made of silicone or the like, which is already poured in a sleeve-like manner in a mold. If desired, the fan element can be covered with textile or leather or the like. By the material of the fan elements or the material of a coating, the roughness of the inner and outer surface of the peripheral wall can be determined. 4, an example of a handbag 10 is shown, in the interior of which a storage system according to the variant of FIG. 2c is inserted. The bottom of the storage system substantially covers the bottom of the handbag 10. The insides of the bag walls extend along the edge 3 of the frame 1 and upwardly beyond it. The bag can usually be closed over the storage system. Once the bag is opened, it can be easily recognized by means of the storage system, which items are in the bag, or in the storage system. The interior of the bag may e.g. only to a quarter or a third filled by the storage system. Thus, a volume remains above the storage system to accommodate larger items in the bag, such as a garment or the like. Since the fan elements 2 are pressure-stable under the action of a force from above in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the fan elements and are not deformed, the objects can be protected within the fan elements from a force. The storage system can be easily lifted out of the pocket 10 on the handles 5 of the frame 1. As a result, the items in the storage system can be sorted easily and the tray elements can be replaced or supplemented. The frame 1 has a high stability. The laterally elastic fan elements are therefore surrounded by the stable frame 1. Should the stability of the frame not be given by the material, the bottom 4 may be multi-layered to increase stability. The middle layer may be made of a stable material, for example cardboard or plastic or the like, and is covered on both sides by a softer layer. In the peripheral wall of the frame is also trying to bring about by the choice of material stability. Again, the stability between an inner and an outer material can be made with a solid inner material. The fan elements 2 are made of elastic material. This may be plastic, silicone or the like. The bending of the material to form a peripheral wall creates a pressure-stable element in the longitudinal direction. By juxtaposing the fan elements in the frame stability is further supported. Due to the various fan elements with lateral elasticity, a modular design of the division in the basket can be done. In the fan element 2 objects (for example, mobile phone, handkerchiefs, Lippenpomade, keys, writing instruments, etc.) can be easily inserted or plugged in from above. When you open the bag can be immediately recognized and removed in the dimensionally stable subdivision of the storage system of the desired object. Advantageously, a light unit, such as an LED light unit can be placed in one of the fan elements, so that even a lighting of the storage system can be done. reference numeral [0043]<Tb> 1 <September> Frames<Tb> 2 <September> element compartments<Tb> 2 <September> gr. round fan element<Tb> 2b <September> kl. round fan element<tb> 2c, 2c <SEP> oblong fan element<Tb> 3 <September> Rand<Tb> 4 <September> Floor<Tb> 5 <September> handle<Tb> 6 <September> peripheral wall<tb> 6 <SEP> area peripheral wall<tb> 6 <SEP> round area<tb> 6 <SEP> even area<tb> 6 <SEP> round area<Tb> 10 <September> Handbag
